How many hours do I get each month?: Skip hourly billing! We focus on delivering high-quality results, not tracking hours. This ensures value delivered, not just time spent.
Can I switch tiers or cancel my subscription?: Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time to suit your changing needs. We also offer flexible month-to-month contracts.
What happens if I cancel my subscription and need support later?: You will need to resubscribe to regain access to our support. Our team has limited availability, and we do not always have subscription slots available.
What programming languages do you specialize in?: We currently support industry-standard languages like JavaScript, Java, and .NET, ensuring seamless functionality for your app. If you have any other language you would like us to support, please book a call, we would love to hear from you.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?: For cancellations, refunds are available if we haven't yet begun work on your project during the billing period. If work has commenced, refunds are unfortunately not possible.
